Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role, with remote work as the default and one required in-person supervision visit per client each month.
You’ll have the flexibility to manage your schedule while receiving strong support from our clinical and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Complete one in-person supervision per client per month (BACB-compliant)
- Provide ongoing virtual supervision and support to RBTs
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor and adjust programs based on client progress
- Ensure quality, ethical care in all aspects of service delivery

Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Based in Maryland with ability to travel for monthly in-person supervision
- Strong communication, supervision, and collaboration skills
