Current RN License in the state of employment or compact required, with a focus on providing safe and effective patient care. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of hire, with a commitment to maintaining up-to-date skills and knowledge. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 30 days of hire, demonstrating a dedication to advanced patient care.
