Home Health Care Manager We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Manager to join our team of caregivers. The Home Health Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the home health interdisciplinary team, ensuring quality and appropriateness of care, while providing services in a cost-effective manner. This position requires a strong understanding of healthcare policies and procedures, as well as the ability to facilitate and oversee quality initiatives and program implementation.
