: Our team is seeking a highly skilled Nurse to join our healthcare network. As a RN Neuro Tele Full Time Days Position Summary , you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care within an assigned unit, coordinating care planning with other disciplines, and rendering individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs.

This position requires a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional periods of above-average pressure, excellent customer service skills, and basic computer skills. A minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience, including neonatal ventilator experience, is required. Certification in specialty area of practice is preferred.

Key Responsibilities: Provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit. Coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Acts as a supervisor by assessing, planning, delegating, and utilizing independent judgment in directing other healthcare employees for the provision of patient care. Systematically evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals. Participates in hourly rounding. Observes safety guidelines and safe work practices.

Requirements: Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school. Minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience, including neonatal ventilator experience. Certification in specialty area of practice (preferred). License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona. CPR and ACLS certification (as applicable by Facility/departments).
