As a skilled nursing professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
Requirements:
Educational Background: A graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
Certifications/Licenses: Current RN license or current Compact state license; BLS Certification required within 2 weeks of hire date; other required certifications must be obtained within 6 months of hire date.
Skills: Proficiency in knowledge and skills appropriate to age/type of patient population served; knowledgeable and sensitive to patients' rights in the delivery of care; communicates clearly and concisely, suitable for the developmental age of patient.
Work Environment:
A clean, well-lighted, ventilated smoke-free environment.
Subject to stressful professional relationships.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to handle emergency/crisis situations effectively.
Prolonged, extensive, or considerable standing and walking are required.
