Position Overview: We are seeking a Certified Surgical Scrub Tech to join our dynamic surgical team. This full-time role provides the opportunity to work in a supportive, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same—without the demands of nights, weekends, or holidays. What You’ll Do:
- Assist in surgical procedures across multiple specialties, ensuring a sterile environment and smooth flow in the operating room.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other team members to provide optimal patient care.
- Maintain an organized sterile field and anticipate the needs of the surgical team during procedures.
- Ensure all surgical instruments and supplies are available and in proper working order.
- Uphold strict adherence to infection control protocols and patient safety measures.

Required Skills:
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required)
- Minimum HS Diploma or GED
- Ortho experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, quick thinking, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a commitment to exceptional patient care.
- Demonstrated longevity in previous roles, showing a strong dedication to the profession and your team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
