Oversee quality control standards, including immunization logs, waived testing, and drug sample logs.
Resolve less complex patient, staff, and physician issues, fostering positive relationships within the clinic.
Assist with evaluating associate performance, recommending merit increases, and disciplining as needed.
Report any associate non-compliance with approved policies to management.
Manage associate work schedules and PTO requests, ensuring adequate staff coverage.
Evaluate departmental staffing needs, actively participating in resourcing efforts.
Adhere to established guidelines related to HIPAA, maintaining confidentiality and protecting sensitive information.
Utilize effective communication skills to convey ideas clearly and positively.
Comply with established objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental, and infection control measures.
