Care Management RN Job Opportunity Job Summary: The Care Management RN will provide routine and complex care, demonstrating an awareness of all relevant aspects of a situation. This role requires the ability to develop long-range goals or plans, cope with contingencies, and manage clinical nursing situations. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality patient care in various clinical settings. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with healthcare teams. Participate in continuous education and skill development to enhance professional growth. Requirements: Education and Skills: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Experience: One year of experience in a related nursing specialty is preferred. Three years of RN experience in Medical Surgical is required. Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: BLS certification is mandatory. RN License in the state of employment or compact is necessary. Current PALS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, Moderate Sedation, de-escalation training, arrhythmia recognition, NIHSS, and certifications are required for experienced RNs. Work Schedule: TBD Work Type: Full Time
