Clinical Care Specialist

: We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and demonstrate an awareness of all relevant aspects of a situation. They will provide routine and complex care, with the ability to set long-range goals or plans.
The ideal candidate will be able to cope with and manage contingencies of clinical nursing. They will make appropriate assignments and delegate to other care providers as a means to help manage the clinical situation.
Assess patient needs and develop effective care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
Monitor patients for side-effects and effectiveness of treatment.
Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferably.
At least one year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferred.
BLS certification required.
RN License in state of employment or compact required.

Others: Please note that all newly hired experienced RNs must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire. Additionally, new hires are precepted by a designated trained staff member and initial on-boarding requirements are validated through successful completion of the designated organizational entry competency validation and an Emergency Department-specific competency validation.
