Overview of the Clinical Supervisor Position The Clinical Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the continuous safe operation of the assigned department, encompassing patient care, staffing management, fiscal prudence, and strategic objectives. As a designated leader, this individual will implement, supervise, and evaluate safe patient care while fostering a secure environment for employees, families, and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Maintain clinical and professional competency aligned with the needs of diverse populations. Promote Service Excellence behavior at all times. Requirements: A relevant associate's degree in Nursing is mandatory. Two to three years of experience in Acute Care or comparable settings, accompanied by demonstrated leadership ability, are highly desirable. A valid Permanent Multi-State RN or LPN License from the state of residence is an essential requirement.
