Job Overview: The Clinic Operations Manager oversees the daily activities of a healthcare clinic. This role involves managing departmental resources, coordinating schedules and meetings, participating in training programs, and monitoring quality control standards to ensure excellence in patient care. Key Responsibilities: Maintain smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic. Report any issues or concerns related to patients, staff, or physicians that require attention. Procure necessary supplies for the clinic's departments and medical equipment. Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of equipment. Monitor and maintain high-quality service delivery. Resolve routine patient, staff, and physician issues promptly. Assist in evaluating employee performance and recommend salary adjustments as needed. Inform management of any non-compliance with established policies by staff members. Manage associate work schedules and PTO requests to ensure adequate staffing levels. Verify the appropriateness of NCHD referrals. Analyze staffing needs within the department and participate in resource allocation efforts. Adhere to CHRISTUS Health guidelines regarding HIPAA and maintain confidentiality at all times. Demonstrate effective communication skills to convey ideas clearly and positively in line with the CHRISTUS Mission. Promote adherence to established CHRISTUS Health policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental, and infection control protocols. Implement job responsibilities in a manner consistent with the CHRISTUS Mission and Code of Ethics while supporting the organization's cultural diversity goals.
