Critical Care Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned clinical professional to lead our Critical Care Unit. This role will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities Manage unit operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective communication among team members.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices, improving patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence.
Analyze performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
Maintain accurate records and reports, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical leadership roles, preferably in progressive care services.
Proven track record of driving process improvements, enhancing quality, and increasing patient satisfaction.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Current RN licensure and relevant certifications (e.g., CCRN, CNL).
Work Environment
This is a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous activities of patient care.
The successful candidate must be able to handle emergency/crisis situations, stand/walk for prolonged periods, and occasionally lift/push/pull patients or equipment.
