Job Summary: This is a role that entails collecting past due payments and negotiating payment plans while fostering positive relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities: Collect outstanding payments from customers through various communication channels.
Negotiate customized payment arrangements to assist customers in meeting their financial obligations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and communicate effectively with the Loan Servicing team.
Leverage company resources to provide debt repayment solutions to customers in need.
Required Skills and Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
At least 2 years of experience in collections, financial services, or phone-based sales/customer service.
Contact center experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
