Diagnostic Imaging Specialist Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic radiographic procedures under minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess strong technical skills and be able to operate advanced imaging equipment. Main Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures, including X-rays and other imaging modalities; Exercise professional judgment in providing healthcare services, applying x-ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment of patients; Assist practitioners with fluoroscopy, arthrography, and OR procedures; Rotate through advanced areas of diagnostic radiology, including trauma and urography; Qualifications: Educational Requirements: Graduate of an accredited imaging program; Certifications: ARRT or registry eligible, must have ARRT within one year post-graduation; AHA BLS; Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree; 1-3 years of experience;
