Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality routine cleanings and preventive care to patients Conduct thorough oral examinations and take x-rays as needed Develop personalized treatment plans to address patient needs and concerns Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and other team members to ensure seamless care delivery Requirements: Current dental hygienist license in the relevant jurisdiction Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required) Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and electronic medical record systems CPR Certification Preferred Qualifications: New Graduate or years of clinical experience Experience using advanced dental technology, including Velscope and digital x-rays Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs Work Environment: Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation Prolonged periods sitting and standing Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year
