We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the overall success of our practice. Responsibilities: Deliver thorough and gentle dental cleanings, examinations, and preventative care services to patients. Develop personalized treatment plans to meet each patient's unique needs. Conduct medical history documentation and patient screenings for accurate diagnoses and effective treatment. Collaborate with dentists and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care. Requirements: A current dental hygienist license in WI and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required). An excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and electronic medical record systems. CPR Certification and ability to lift up to 45 pounds at times. Preferred Qualifications: Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems. A desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care and maintenance of dental health. Work Environment: Prolonged periods sitting and standing. Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year.
