Dental Hygiene Professional Mountain Pass Dental Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygiene professional to cover a temporary position. Key Responsibilities: Provide thorough and gentle dental cleanings to patients of all ages. Conduct routine oral examinations and take diagnostic x-rays as needed. Develop personalized treatment plans to address patients' unique needs and concerns. Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care. Requirements: Current dental hygienist license in Arizona. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required). Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening documentation. CPR Certification. Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience as a dental hygienist. Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Prolonged periods sitting and standing. Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
