Dental Office Manager
We are looking for a talented and experienced manager to lead the West Loop location of Cameo Dental Specialists. This position is responsible for overseeing all clinical and administrative operations of our complex, multispecialty dental practice. The ideal applicant will have extensive experience coaching and leading multidisciplinary teams of administrative and clinic staff, knowledge of medical and dental billing practices, and ensuring that patient care is held to the highest standards.
Schedule: Full Time Monday - Friday
Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and administer the business operations of a multispecialty dental clinic to ensure outstanding patient support services.
Oversee daily office activities and provide direction and guidance to teammates as needed.
Effectively and clearly communicate information to a variety of audiences including administrative staff, clinical staff, doctors, and administrative leadership.
Ensure patient appointments are scheduled accurately, cancellations and last-minute adjustments are handled properly.
Respond quickly to patient and doctor needs and inquiries.
Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service and patient care.
Respond to patient inquiries and issues to ensure patient satisfaction.
Resolve patient issues in accordance with practice policies and procedures, healthcare regulations, and dental board standards.
Work with PRC team to make sure accurate estimates are created for patients.
Prepare and monitor budgets in collaboration with the practice administrator.
Responsible for upkeep of building, equipment and overall office space.
Final oversight and approval of supply orders.
Hire, train, develop, and manage administrative and clinical teammates to meet performance standards.
Oversee staff scheduling to ensure proper coverage.
Review and approve vacations, sick leave, and personal time off for teammates.
Ensure adherence to all HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4+ years of experience in office management
3+ years of experience in supervising and leading a team
Preferred Skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience with dental practice management software
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
Thorough understanding of dental billing, insurance claims, and patient scheduling
Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations
