Neurodiagnostic Technician Role We seek a skilled Neurodiagnostic Technician to contribute to the diagnosis of neurological disorders using various testing modalities.
Key Responsibilities: Prepares patients for and conducts neurological testing procedures, including Electroencephalography (EEG), Evoked Potentials (EP), Long-Term Monitoring (CLTM), Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS), Transcranial Doppler (TCD), and Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM).
Analyzes and summarizes test results to assist in the diagnosis of clinical disorders of the nervous system.
Maintains professional development, clinical knowledge, technical skills, training, and credentials.
Works effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
None required, but 2 years of related experience preferred.
BLS certification required; willingness and ability to pursue at least one certification (e.g., R.NCS.T, R.EEG.T, R.EP.T, RVS, RCS, CLTM, or CNIM) preferred.
