Emergency Department Registered Nurse- Float

Saint Luke's Health System is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated Emergency Services Float Pool. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to support all four of our metro-area hospitals, delivering high-quality, compassionate care across diverse ED settings.
Shift: Full Time Nights (6:45pm-7:15am)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert, patient-centered nursing care in fast-paced emergency departments.
- Adapt quickly to various clinical environments and team dynamics.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Utilize advanced critical thinking skills to respond to rapidly changing patient conditions.
- Support core values of Saint Luke's: excellence, compassion, integrity, and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri and Kansas (or compact license).
- Minimum of 2 years Emergency Department nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and adaptability skills.
- Willingness to float among multiple facilities based on staffing needs.
