Required Qualifications Licensure: Current Utah or compact state Registered Nurse license. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire, and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
