Systematically assesses patients’ health status, arrives at appropriate diagnosis(es) and implements care plan for effective clinical outcomes. 2. Contributes to effective and efficient practice management policies and practices that support patient access to medical care. 3. Manages patient care through appropriate use of available resources. 4. Provides leadership for Practice and community relations. 6. Demonstrates commitment to fellow employees. 7. The employee is limited to only what information is necessary to perform the task. FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Complies with all relevant laws, regulations and policies. Contributes to a safe working environment. Must hold a current valid medical license in the State of Texas. Meets applicable credentialing and privileging standards for specialty. Board certification in relevant specialty or Board Eligibility working towards Board Certification. Demonstrated leadership, teaching, evaluation and communication skills. Ability to influence/motivate others at all professional and administrative levels.
