As a Protective Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing protection for various protectees, conducting criminal investigations, and planning security designs. Key responsibilities include: Providing high-level protection services to government officials, dignitaries, and other high-risk individuals Conducting thorough investigations into financial crimes and other complex matters Developing and implementing effective security plans to safeguard against potential threats Requirements: U.S. citizenship is required Possess a valid driver's license Carry and use a firearm; maintaining proficiency is mandatory Be at least 21 years old at the time of application and less than 37 years old at the time of appointment Obtain a Top Secret Clearance and retain it throughout your career Meet specific visual and hearing requirements Pass a drug test and random testing while in the position Complete intensive training programs at FLETC and JJRTC Sign a mobility agreement and certify Selective Service registration
