Work Details: * # of Support staff: 5 * Patient population/age: Adult & Some Cooperative Pediatrics * EMR: Dentrix

Cases/Procedures: * Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Full & Partial Dentures, Root Canals, Simple and Surgical extractions, Invisalign, Hygiene Checks, Implant Placement and Implant Restoration. * Wave One Rotary system and Invisalign experience is preferred but not required. * Providers can refer out complex cases as needed. Patient education and bedside manner is equally as important as the procedures the provider is performing.

Requirements: * State license required: Yes * Certifications preferred: Invisalign Certification, Nitrous Oxide Certification (if required in the state) * Certifications required: BLS Credentialing Timeframe & requirements: Client requires a TB test completed within three days of accepting an offer, MUST BE A NEW TEST - TB Test is QGold.
