Start Date: As soon as credentialed (2 weeks max) - Would like a 6-12 month commitment if possible

Shift Details: 8a-5p - no nights, no weekends

Schedule: 4 days per week

Work Details:

Support Staff: 1 hygienist, 1 dentist and 2 dental assistants Department Description: 2 dental chairs, 16 patients per day, ages 5 - adult. This is a rural community and they do have a large Spanish speaking population. They have bilingual staff

EMR: Epic Wisdom

Skills Required: Fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, 3D print. Will refer out complex cases. They have a contact at the IA dental board if needed

Travel Logistics:

Specific travel client will pay for: Travel and Loding Requirements: at least 1 year experience required Procedures: Fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, 3D print. Will refer out complex cases.

Board Certification: Yes License Required: Active IA license without restrictions Certifications Required: BLS
