Clinical Coordinator Position Summary Coordinates functions and activities related to a single departmental function. This position is responsible for a clinic unit, overseeing the scheduling efforts of the unit's RNs.
Acts as liaison person to internal and external customers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with pre-hospital providers, medical and nursing staff, and hospital administration.
Develops and implements plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and excellence in patient care.
Trains and mentors staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications Effective interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to effectively implement change and make decisions in high-stress situations.
Supervises other members of the healthcare team, providing guidance and support.
Benefits A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualifying candidates.
Others This role requires a Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school and at least two years of relevant clinical nursing experience.
Preferred qualifications include a BSN degree and management experience with supervisory responsibilities.
Required certifications/licenses include a license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona and CPR/ACLS certification as applicable by facility/department.
