Job Title: Healthcare Operations Manager About the Role: The RN Supervisor is accountable for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care. This involves supervising nursing activities, managing financial and human resources, and ensuring services meet quality and productivity standards. The successful candidate will assume primary responsibility for daily operations of a Nursing department on a 24-hour basis. They will also be responsible for monitoring patient outcomes and quality of nursing care. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate nursing activities to ensure efficient and safe care delivery. Manage financial and human resources to optimize departmental performance. Maintain high standards of quality and safety in patient care. Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals. Requirements: Education/Skills: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (required for Magnet facilities). Experience: 2 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting. Previous lead or supervisor experience (preferred). Healthcare management experience (desired). Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: BLS certification. RN license in the state of employment. Work Schedule: Full-time position with a regular 5-day workweek.
