Responsibilities:

Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided.
Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers.
Requirements:
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
Experience
One year of experience in a related nursing specialty, preferred.
Licenses/Certifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Registered Nurse license in the state of employment or compact.
