Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process for assigned patients. Address increasingly complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. Administer medications and treatments; monitor for side-effects and effectiveness. Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given. Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and/or caregivers.
