Job Overview: The Registered Nurse Home Health coordinates patient care activities with other members of the health care team in a collaborative and supportive environment. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education to meet certification, license or registration requirements. Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. 1 year - Medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting. 2 years - Experience in acute care or community mental health setting for Mental Health RN work assignment. Preferred Qualifications: Recent Home Health experience. Hospice or Palliative Care experience for Palliative Care RN work assignment. Point of Care experience.
