• Salary- $60.00-$65.00 per hour based on experience.
• Consistent Hours- Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM. Available for backup call as required.

As a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor, here’s a big picture view of what you’ll do:

• Provide oversight of all personnel and all patient care services, including making patient and personnel assignments, coordinating patient care, coordinating referrals, assuring that patient needs are continually assessed, and assuring the development, implementation, and updates of the care plan
• Effectively communicates with other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team, providing care to promote coordination of patient care
• Ensures ongoing interdisciplinary assessment of the patient
• Ensures the development of education and clinical accuracy for the patient, the family, and other caregivers 
• Contributes to business growth by presenting information, education, and support to external customers as requested.

A few must-haves for a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed to practice as an RN in California
• Two (2) years of experience as a hospice RN and at least one (1) year of supervisory experience. Six (6) months of case management experience preferred
• CPR certification
• Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
• Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty, strong communication skills and compassion
