Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced healthcare professional to serve as a House Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, leadership skills, and the ability to work well in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Oversee patient care delivery during assigned shifts, ensuring proper staffing and smooth operations of the patient care unit Supervise individual team members, providing feedback on performance and addressing training needs Document daily staffing and administrative records, maintaining compliance with regulatory policies and procedures Provide direction and support to nursing staff, assist with communications with patients and families Requirements: Education/Skills: Graduate of a Registered Nursing program, Bachelor's Degree preferred or actively pursuing with completion within 2 years Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting RN Licensure in state(s) of employment required Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: RN Licensure in state(s) of employment Registered Nurse (RN) required
