Job Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality patient care, including physical therapy and assessments, to support clients' optimal wellbeing. Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each client's needs. Provide education and support to clients and their families to ensure seamless transitions and promote independence. Requirements: Current licensure or certification in the relevant state. Completion of an approved Physical Therapy program or equivalent experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
