What you’ll do:
- Responsible for all Central Intake functions including establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns, confirming appropriateness for admission into Loyola's Home Infusion services, and coordination of needed'services. The individual conveys a professional and positive image of Loyola Medicine during interactions with patients, familes, physicians, staff members, and internal departments. The individual provides service reflective of the mission, vision, and values of Loyola Medicine.

What you'll need for this job:
- Associates Degreein Nursing; Bachelors Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of previous job-related experience
- RN licensure in the State of Illinois
- CPR
- Valid Illinois Drivers License
- Proof of car insurance
- Homecare or Hospice Nursing certification is preferred

Pay Range: $29.78 - $48.84 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
