New Yesterday

Earn as much as $57 an hour as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Dorchester, MA and Greater Boston area, enjoying the freedom of a flexible schedule plus the benefits and stability of a W2 paycheck. When you work for IntelyCare, you pick the shifts you want to work in any of our partner facilities you choose. You also decide when you want to take time off.
This work style was created by nurses who founded our company to bring balance back to their colleagues’ lives. Just like you, they worked with inflexible schedules and mandatory overtime that took valuable time away from their friends and family. But now you have a better alternative. With our all-in-one app, you can set your schedule, keep track of time, manage pay and benefits, and so much more. If you need extra money, schedule yourself for a few more shifts. When you have a special occasion coming up, leave yourself off the schedule. It’s that easy.
Want a day off to spend time with your kids at the Franklin Park Zoo? Or maybe the historic Strand Theater has some shows you want to see — go ahead and buy season tickets, then don’t schedule work on those evenings. Are you a golfer? Free up a regular day during the week to play in a league at the William J. Devine Municipal Golf Course. If you like the idea of setting your schedule around the things that are important in your life, get more details below and see if our team is a good fit for you.
