Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations to assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patients' independence in daily activities.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and coordination.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and techniques.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with facility standards.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
