The Opportunity:

Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking a confident and autonomous CRNA to deliver high-quality anesthesia care in a solo-provider model across a Critical Access Hospital in rural Kansas. This full-time locum tenens opportunity is ideal for CRNAs who thrive in independent practice and are comfortable covering a broad mix of general cases.

You'll manage the full anesthesia lifecycle from pre-op to post-op with surgical volumes that are both predictable and manageable. Call is required each night during scheduled weeks, including 24-hour weekend call shifts.

Assignment Schedule:

• Core Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (or until cases are completed)
• Call Coverage: Weeknight + 24-Hour Weekend Call
• Call Response Time: 20 Minutes
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days (Temps Available for Clean Files)
• Travel Lodging: Provided

Practice Details:

• Solo CRNA Model
• Case Types: General, Endoscopy, Ophthalmology, Urology, ENT, Pediatrics
• Volume: ~650 Cases/Year
• Facility Size: 25 Beds, 2 OR Suites
• EMR: MedAxion
• Procedures Required: Spinals, Epidurals, Regional Nerve Blocks
• Caselog Requirements: Must provide proof of recent spinal, epidural, and block experience
• Licensure: Must be enrolled in KS Patient Compensation Fund

Candidate Requirements:

• NBCRNA Certified
• Active, Unrestricted Kansas License
• Proficient in Full-Scope Anesthesia Care
• Able to Perform Independently Without Onsite Backup
• Clean Malpractice + Background for Temp Privileges
