  * 14 days on / 14 days off rotation
  * Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  * Call Hours: 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM (every night weekend during on-service block)

Regional Proficiency Required:

Practice Model:

• Solo CRNA coverage

• PRN CRNA support on Mondays and Wednesdays

Candidate Requirements:

• License: Active Iowa CRNA License

• Certification: NBCRNA

• Additional Certifications: PALS, BLS (AHA only)

• Experience: Proficiency in spinals, blocks, and epidurals

• Caselogs: Required for regional skills validation
