• Provider Type Needed: Family Nurse Practitioner
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40hrs/wk

• Conduct 20-minute clinic appointments
• Manage a caseload including both complex chronic and low acuity cases
• Utilize Athenahealth EMR for patient documentation and management
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including MAs, RNs, and administrative staff
• Ensure high standards of care and compliance with healthcare regulations

• Required Board Certifications: Family Medicine
• Required Licenses: Nurse Practitioner license in Washington
• Other Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Preferred: Experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), bilingual in Spanish, experience with Google Suite
