We are seeking a skilled Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner for a 36-day locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania, starting on Sep 1, 2025. This role involves versatile shifts from Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM, where the provider will manage a variety of urgent care duties.

Responsibilities and Duties

• See patients presenting with conditions such as cold/flu symptoms, rashes, and minor burns.
• Perform procedures including splinting for sprains and conducting wound care.
• Refer high acuity cases to the local emergency room.
• Ensure comprehensive patient care throughout the urgent care process.

Additional Information

• Must be board certified and hold a current Pennsylvania state license.
• Required certifications: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Family Practice.
• DEA and CSR licenses required.
• Proficiency with the Epic EMR system is essential.
