Locums Emergency Medicine Physician - Georgia, Flexible Schedule

High-volume Level II trauma center in Georgia offering 10-hour shifts, no call, and long-term options for Emergency Medicine physicians.

Highlights:

• No call - on-site coverage only
• Open to IMLC physicians
• Multiple start times for shift flexibility

Practice Setting:

• 685-bed Level II trauma center
• Designated Level I Emergency Cardiac Care Center
• Full support: scribes, trauma and code teams, APPs, specialty consults
• Meditech EMR

Schedule:

• 10-hour shifts with staggered starts: 6a, 8a, 10a, 12p, 2p, 5p, 10p
• Minimum 5 shifts/month - up to full time
• Long-term assignment, credentialing in 60-90 days

Cases and Procedures:

• Full range of Level II emergency procedures
• Patient mix includes all ages
• Code team participation expected

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
• Active Georgia license or IMLC LOQ
• DEA certification
• 24+ months of experience required

Travel Accommodations:

• Lodging and mileage reimbursed
• Flights not covered - ideal for drive-in providers
