• Start Date:  ASAP ongoing, credentialing is 60-90 days.  Can expedite clean providers
• Minimum Shifts per Month:  3-5 blocks per month
• Shifts:  7a-7p and 7p-7a
• Volume:  25k annual visits, 1.9 patients per hour
