- Start Date:  ASAP ongoing, credentialing is 60-90 days.  Can expedite clean providers

- Minimum Shifts per Month:  5 shifts per month

- Shifts:   6a-6p and 6p-6a

- Volume:  14,500k annual visits

- Logistics:  Travel, lodging, and Malpractice provided
