We have a long-term locum tenens need for a Hematology-Oncologist. This unique assignment allows you to practice with any active state license, with coverage starting this fall.

Highlights

• Practice with any single, active state license.
• Stable, long-term assignment for 6-12 months.
• Travel, lodging, and rental car are fully covered.
• A-rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage is provided.

Practice Setting

• Manage a mix of inpatient and outpatient duties.
• Handle general Hematology-Oncology cases for an adult population.
• Work with a supportive team of APPs, RNs, and fellow oncologists.

Schedule

• Consistent Monday-Friday daytime schedule.
• See an average of 15-20 patients per day.
• Call is limited to only two weeks per month, covered in one-week blocks.

Procedures and Cases

• Perform bone marrow biopsies.
• Administer intrathecal chemotherapy.

Requirements

• Must be BE/BC in Hematology-Oncology.
• Requires 24 months of relevant experience.
• Active BLS and ATLS certifications.

Credentialing Requirements

• Credentialing can be completed in approximately 60 days.
• A clean background file is required for this facility.
• Our team will provide dedicated credentialing support.

Travel Accommodations

• All flights or mileage are arranged and paid for.
• Private housing is provided for the assignment duration.
• A rental car will be included.
