• Average daily census of 16 - 17 patients
• Coverage includes ICU, med-surg, behavioral health, and chemical dependency
• Procedures encouraged but not required -- intubations, art lines, central lines
• 8 - 10 shifts per month

• Experience required -- no new graduates
