Outpatient Primary Care opportunity in Charlotte, North Carolina, with no call and quick credentialing turnaround.

Highlights

Practice Setting

• Outpatient only - no hospital work
• Majority of patients are 65+
• Collaborative team includes physicians, NPs, MAs, and RNs

Schedule

• Weekdays only, 8 AM to 5 PM
• Optional 4-day workweeks for added flexibility
• No nights, weekends, or call

Cases and Procedures

• Traditional primary care: diabetes, hypertension, CHF, mild cognitive impairment, and CAD
• No procedures required

Requirements

• Open to Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians
• NPs must have primary care certification (no acute/adult-gero)
• Active North Carolina license required (not IMLC)
