• Support includes NPs, RNs, MAs, and scribe

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
• No weekends or holidays
• Predictable weekday routine - great for work-life balance

Cases and Procedures

• No procedures required
• Manage chronic conditions: diabetes, CHF, hypertension, CAD
• Mild cognitive impairment and other geriatric care

Requirements

• MD or DO, board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active Illinois license, DEA
• Must be fluent in Spanish

Travel Accommodations

• Travel, lodging, rental car, and mileage all covered
