* Manage care for neonates in a NICU

* Attend emergent C-sections and high-risk deliveries as needed

* Utilize Allscripts and Medhost electronic health record systems for documentation

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

* Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures

* Provide patient family education on neonatal care and outcomes

* Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to neonatal care
