Customer Service Twin Farms is seeking a skilled and thoughtful Massage Therapist to join our team. This role is all about creating a calm, personalized experience for each guest, someone who takes pride in their craft and understands that attention to detail makes all the difference. What You’ll Do Provide massage and body treatments in line with our service standards and guest expectations Tailor each service to the individual needs of the guest, including assessing any contraindications Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment, following all sanitation and safety protocols Stay knowledgeable about all spa services and products, and confidently guide guests with recommendations when appropriate Ensure all treatments begin and end on time Keep treatment notes and guest records as needed Support daily spa operations, including opening/closing duties and general upkeep of work areas Communicate product or supply needs to management Participate in team meetings and ongoing training Guest Experience Create a warm, professional, and attentive experience from start to finish Answer guest questions with confidence and care Respond thoughtfully to guest needs, requests, or concerns Help promote other spa services and amenities in a natural, helpful way
