Medical Assistants are an essential part of our team and make a real difference in peoples lives. They fulfill both administrative tasks and patient care duties, acting as liaisons between patients and physicians. 

A day in the life of a HSO Medical Assistant:

• Communicating effectively with patients, clinicians, and co-workers
• Rooming patients and obtaining visit information
• Performing front-office and back-office duties
• Medication and pre-authorizations

Youve got what it takes to be a HSO Medical Assistant if you:

• Have completed a Medical Assisting Program 
• Have an active BLS certification

Extra dose of awesome if you:

• Are CMA/RMA
• Have 1-2 years of related experience
• Understand Electronic Medical Record softwares (We use NextGen)
